They denied your claim.
Dispute it.

Upload the denial letter. We read the policy language they cited, tell you whether it holds up, and write the dispute letter that answers it - with your evidence, your state's rules, and their own contract. You keep 100% of the settlement.

How it works

Three moves. Each one in writing.

01

Analyze. Free, in 90 seconds.

Upload the denial letter or lowball estimate - photograph it from your phone if that's easier. The analyzer reads what they claimed, pulls the policy language they cited, and tells you in plain English whether it holds up.

This denial is weak.
Section 4(b) covers wind & hail. It was cited against you incorrectly.
02

Dispute. On the record.

We draft the formal dispute letter - your policy's own words, your evidence, your state's rules. Edit it, sign it, send it certified. Log every call and promise in the claim diary, so the file is yours, not theirs.

…Section 4(b) expressly lists “windstorm or hail” as a covered peril. The enclosed report documents hail strikes on all four slopes…

03

Escalate. Step by step.

If they stall, climb the ladder: re-inspection, formal appeal, the appraisal clause, a state insurance-department complaint. Every step drafted and deadline-tracked - with a dignified handoff to a licensed pro if your claim warrants one.

The fee, compared

Keep 100% of your settlement. Pay $79.

A public adjuster takes 10–15% of everything you recover. A contingency attorney takes about a third. Both make sense for some claims - and we'll tell you when yours is one of them.

For everyone else: a flat $79, once, per claim. Your settlement is yours.

Is the analysis really free?

Yes. Upload your denial, get the full verdict - what they claimed, whether it holds up, your deadline, and your recommended next step. You pay only if you decide to dispute and want the toolkit: $79, once.

Do you take a percentage of my settlement?

Never. Not 15%, not 1%. The price is $79 flat per claim (or $19/month while your claim is active). If your claim settles for $100,000, you keep $100,000.

What kinds of claims does it work for?

Homeowner claims (roof, water, fire, storm, theft) and auto claims (collision, comprehensive, total-loss valuation) - denied, delayed, or underpaid. Health insurance is a different fight; we'll point you to the right resources if you upload one.

Is this legal advice?

No. We're not a law firm or a public adjuster. We're tools: analysis of your documents, letters built on your policy's own language, deadlines tracked, and the record kept straight. When a claim genuinely warrants a licensed professional, we say so and connect you.

What happens if the dispute is denied again?

You climb the ladder. Re-inspection, formal appeal, the appraisal clause in your policy, a complaint to your state's insurance department - each step has a drafted letter and a tracked deadline. Insurers resolve most disputes before the top rung.

What happens to my documents?

Encrypted in transit and at rest, used only to analyze your claim, deleted when you say so. Never sold, never used to train anything, never shared with insurers.
