Legal, written to be read.
We spend all day fighting fine print. We're not going to serve you any. Plain-English summary first; the binding text sits under each section, and it says the same thing.
1 · What we collect
Your account details (name, email), the documents you upload, the diary entries you write, and standard technical logs. That's the list. We don't buy data about you, and we don't scrape your inbox.
2 · What we do with it
Analyze your claim, draft your letters, remind you of deadlines. Your documents are never used to train models, never sold, never shared with insurers, data brokers, or advertisers. Aggregated, anonymized statistics (like “X% of denials cite exclusions incorrectly”) may appear in our research.
3 · Who can see it
You. Our staff, only when supporting you and only with access logged. A professional, only if you explicitly send them your file through the handoff flow. A court, only with valid legal process - and we'll tell you unless legally barred from doing so.
4 · Your controls
Export everything as a ZIP anytime. Delete your account and every document - gone within 30 days, backups included. Email privacy@disputemyclaims.com; a person answers within 3 business days.
